  • Are dogs allowed in your hotel? 

Your dog is very welcome in the rooms of our guest house. Please book a room with a terrace or balcony and register your dog before you arrive.

  • Are there enough parking spaces available?

Our hotel has sufficient parking spaces, which are free of charge for our guests.

  • How can I pay?

On arrival you can pay at the check-in terminal with your debit or credit card: Would you like to pay before your arrival? This is also possible, just send us an email to info@hotel-preyt.de.

  • Can my company send you a cost transfer for my employees or colleagues? 

You are welcome to send us a cost transfer with the billing address to our e-mail address info@hotel-preyt.de after making your reservation. We will send you an invoice.

  • Do the room prices include breakfast?

All room prices are without breakfast. You are welcome to book breakfast for €15.00 per person/day. Simply send us an email or book breakfast conveniently when you check in at the terminal.

  • At what times can I have breakfast?

Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 10.00 am, on weekends and public holidays 8.00 am to 10.00 am. We also offer an earlier breakfast for business travellers, please contact us.

  • How late can I check in?

Check in is possible from 2.00 pm.

  • What is the check-out time?

Check out must take place by 10.00 am.

  • How does self-check-in work?

Under the menu item Self Check in on this website, we briefly explain how the check in works. Have a look.

  • Does your hotel have accessible rooms or are your rooms barrier-free?

Some of our rooms are barrier-free. All rooms in the main building are accessible by lift. We can provide you with a shower chair. Please contact us by telephone or send us an e-mail if you require an accessible room.
