Self check-in is very simple, but for many it is completely new. We would like to give you a brief introduction on this page to make it a little easier for you to check in on the day of your arrival.
You can easily check in at the check-in terminal using the reservation number you received from us by email and your surname. If you have only booked 1 room with us, the first 4 digits of the reservation number are sufficient. Otherwise, please note that the hyphen must also be entered in the reservation number. The name must be entered exactly as stated in the reservation. If necessary, check your e-mail again to see how it was written.
You will now be asked to complete the legally required registration form if you have not already done so online.
After completing the registration form, you will be asked to pay if you have not already done so in advance. You can pay by EC card/girocard or credit card.
You will then be asked to take a white plastic card from the desk and place it on the programming pad. You can now use the room card created in this way to open all unlocked doors.
